  • Most Medical Nutrition Therapy — which includes all conditions related to health, weight, digestion, pregnancy, newborn breastfeeding, feedings, and breast pumps — may be covered by your insurance. 

    We cannot guarantee coverage and highly recommend you call your insurance plan and ask if Medical Nutrition Therapy is covered. Breastfeeding (lactation support) is protected under the Affordable Care act. If you have any questions, please reach out to our office.

    Medical Navigator services are not covered by insurance.

  • Yes!

    Military service members and their families receive 25% off all services (excluding breast pumps and other retail items). Self-pay also receives 25% off all services (excluding breast pump and other retail items).

    Payment is required at the time of service. We will provide you with a medical super bill to submit to your insurance for your reimbursement.

    Self Pay Packages:

    We offer monthly packages for Medical Nutrition Therapy (including Childbirth and Breastfeeding).

    • 3 months - 3 hours of 1:1 sessions - $899 ($121 saved)

    • 6 months - 6 hours of 1:1 sessions - $1699 ($341 saved)

    • 9 months - 9 hours of 1:1 sessions - $2599 ($461 saved)

    • 12 months - 12 hours of 1:1 sessions - $3499 ($581 saved)

    Each of the packages above includes digital support between appointments.

    Nutrition testing is an add-on fee

    Medical Navigator Services start at $150/hour plus 2.5% sales tax.

    We are in-network with Aetna, AK Medicaid and Medicare Part B, Meritain.

    We will courtesy bill any insurance except Workman Compensation and Tricare. Superbills are available for you to request payment from your insurance.
